My goodness, this is awesome stuff, thats the kind of innovation IT vendors have been scarign us away from for years, we must have big UPS, we must have huge datacenter, we must have tier one IBM/HP etc hardware.
I think there will be a lot to learn from studying this model, and possibly this financial climate is the best time to acheive it.
